Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate has become a member and joined the board of Realty Resources Network, a national real estate networking organization comprised of more than 25 independent retail real estate brokerage firms across the country.

The firms provide expert assistance tenant representation, retail leasing, property management, investment sales, advisory, disposition, land sales and all facets of commercial real estate, according to a release.

The network has grown over its more than 28 years in existence to include real estate representation in Illinois, Indiana, Washington, Iowa, Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Colorado, Virginia, Texas, Arkansas, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Northern and Southern California and Puerto Rico.

Julius Feinblum, owner of JMF, said his firm's new membership in the organization gives it local representation on a day-to-day basis in many additional markets through the Realty Resources broker, while JMG works with the broker to provide the home furnishing expertise and insight it's best known for.

"I sincerely believe that this new area of growth and opportunity will benefit our clients immensely as they look to expand," Feinblum said in a statement.

"We will have day-to-day feet on the ground in the markets represented by Realty Resources and will lend our unique experience while working with regional brokers. We will be hands-on with these members, lending our 27 years of knowledge of the real estate aspect of the home furnishings industry."

According to the release, membership in the network is based on commercial brokerage expertise, established tenant, developer and community relationships, real estate industry reputation and a dominance in a the member's trade area.
